Products

We are a small family farm in Schertz, Texas with soil on our minds. If we give our animals the best, they will provide us great quality pasture raised meats. Each day we continue to grow and learn more about the land we steward. As we continue improve the quality of the land our hope is that the fruit that is reaped would me a testament to Him who provides all.

Beef

Our Beef is pasture-raised, grass-fed, and humanely managed. We rotate our pastures, allowing our cows to derive the maximum benefit from the land and our ecosystem, and that commitment is evident in the taste of our beef.

Chicken

Our broilers spend their days in a chicken tractor that is moved daily to allow for fertilization and fresh forage. Our poultry can be ordered online for pick-up at the farm stand.

Turkey

Our pastured turkeys are raised beneath the canopies of our oak trees with temporary electric fencing to allow for rotational grazing. Turkeys are supplemented with a custom mix Non-GMO and Soy Free Feed.

eggs

Available online or at the farm stand, our pastured-eggs are nutrient-rich and delicious. Available by the dozen, they have exceptional flavor and color.

Produce

We partner with neighboring farms around our area to bring you local and seasonal produce. Currently, we partner with Green Bexar Farms in St. Hedwig and Trinity Ranch in Seguin. Supporting local farmers and ranchers is key to their success.

Honey

Bexar county raw wildflower honey from our 2019 summer harvest. Our apiary is growing so limited supply on the honey.
